Refund policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your Cock & Bull gear, not just stuck with it.

 

Wrong size or changed your mind: Because Drop 001 is made through small-batch, print-on-demand production, we don't keep backstock to swap sizes instantly - but we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or store credit, your choice. Email us and we'll send you a return address and instructions.

 

Damaged or defective items: If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise wrong, that's on us - contact us with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, no return shipping required.

 

Final sale items: Occasional limited runs or clearance pieces may be marked final sale at checkout. Those aren't eligible for return unless defective.

 

How to start a return: Email us with your order number and what's going on. We're a small outfit, so returns are handled by an actual person, not a bot - expect a response within 1-2 business days.
